paygol.com - toooooo big fees, doesn't allow above some amounts of $ in some countries, idk why - 50$ min
fortumo.com - hmm, not really easy to use, either I'm not good with installing their script for successful payment, or it is/was bugged - 50$ min
daopay.com - never tried it, requires to have a registered company
As I see, none of them is perfect yet

I'm going to open a hosting company. I've got a dedicated server ready already etc. and I'm looking for a mobile payment method right now. I hope I will find a good one soon.
