today I've decided, to publish my third Open Source Project. I sincerely apologize for my imperfect English. This Include provides a few new functions to use a wheel of fortune. Therefore you have to be located not in the casino. You can win between 1$ and 20$ or jackpot. I would look forward to requests / ideas. I can't make an Video, I hope anyone other can do this for me. This Include is only for Sa:Mp Version 0.3d RC3-2 or higher, because it use the MoveObject rotating.
