The fact that you're accepting donations (and not selling a product or service) means you can't make "profit". These systems are called non-for-profit organizations. Which means no amount of money goes to any single individual unless the company is dispersed with remaining funds. Money CAN go to individuals who offer the company a service (scripters and admins) and executives (owners) IF the proper paper work is filled out (based on your country) and all expenses are available for public viewing. Essentially, you're just a charity that people donate to.
