Well,you have a couple of points there:
-Grammar misspell;
-Age discrimination;
BUT,one player had a point there:If you don`t care about your grammar,you will not look professional,and players that play on your server will not respect you(if you are a owner).If you are a player,same goes.That`s a fact.BUT,players SHOULD be tolerant,not annoyed by it.
About age discrimination:Everyone in their life heard "You are still a kid".Same goes here(imagine every kid opening up a server? We would end up with more servers than players!).BUT,no one should get insults because of the age.
