San Andreas Objects Not Loading After I installed a vehicle mod.

Today I installed a vehicle mod and when I ran the game some objects were there, some were flashing, and some were not there at all.

I reverted back to the origional vehicle model, yet it still was having the same problems...

Any ideas?
