Raven's RP uses streamer only.. So do the following:
You can't add the plugin in Volt-Host, you need to Install it.
Get on your server's pannel then do the following

- Click on One-Click Mod Installer, after you click on it, pick the streamer plugin and install it
- After you're done, click on Configuration Editor, and add the line plugins streamer.so
