Yes, it is very aggravating. Every time I visit the Scripting Discussion board it seems like Dйjа vu. There needs to be some way to narrow down on the laziness on the people who ask for help daily. A little discipline, like you mentioned being more strict, could do some more. It wouldn't hurt, at least.
