The same bug also occurs to me and my players quite often.
At the beginning i thought it was server related and i had a buggy kill cam but then i also saw it on alot other servers.
My server is running on linux but i also know some friends having the same prob on windows.

ive temporary fixed it like i freeze the player with an suitable death animation OnPlayerDeath.
