Are you by chance using Windows 7 Or Vista? If yes then...
Here, go to your pawno folder.
Right Click "pawno.exe"
Select Properties
Go on "Compatibility" tab
Tick "Run this program as an Administrator"
Click Apply/OK.
Try to open by .pwn file again (It should work
)
