The word Nazi does get capitalized.
Saiberfun, you just messed up. Nazis and "black people" have nothing in common AFAIK, Nazis are a political party, "black people" is a race.
Also, I think you mean African American.
And to my knowledge, you do capitalize African American, Caucasian and Hispanic etc.
