NPC doesnt work on VPS?

Hi, i was working with npc bots, and i made 50 NPC bots. Its working on localhost, everything is ok, but when i try to start a server on VPS(Centos 5) it cant connect, still 0/500 :\ I edited in server.cfg maxnpc to 60 but it cant
