I made a folder named "accounts" under filterscripts and downloaded the thing but it still do not work when i do /register (pass)

it says that the "samp-server" has found a problem and has to close.

EDIT: there is no "Scriptfiles" folder

EDIT2

k I got it to work now but when i login with RCON im admin lvl 0. so how do i fix that?
