[Hyper NOS]

I had a regular LCD monitor. Then I upgraded to a TV. (it works for both TV and PC) when I play GTA SA (including SAMP) I have a certain part cutoff. I've tried changing the resolution and the wide screen on/off. Nothing works and its annoying since it covers off whatever is there like speedometers ect. Please help
