If you mean objects that are already implemented into the game then no. Those objects are already dedicated into San Andreas, and might be able to be optimized, but not to be fully removed. I have read something about actually editing the objects by making it invisible somewhere but I can't confirm my resources. If your planning to make an interior, there are custom interiors (depending what map editor your using) and you can make it from scratch.
