As MadeMan said, it's most likely that your computer can't handle all of the objects/pickups/vehicles/players/3D Texts/map icons, or any mix of them all, that reside in that area. This is usually caused by a low amount of RAM memory. Even if you do detect, there isn't much you can do besides delete some of the elements in that area, which would probably cause your script to bug out.

Please list your computer specifications (CPU, RAM, Graphics Card, etc)
