Then I don't know what the problem is, does command /snake at least work? Do you even get any messages? Did you try the version above (without foreach)? We have tried to run this on two different gamemodes. On one it worked fine, on another it didn't. After a while of frustrations, we decided to remove foreach from that gamemode and voнla! It worked!

Oh have you made sure that you have everything installed correctly and most recent updates of includes and plugins?
