Dugi removed a comment about 0.3d possibly being the next version, so perhaps 0.3d might not be the next release, or we might not even get a next release. But to be frank, even if this is the last release - we've got almost everything we need to continue owning servers and playing servers in SA-MP, as long as no major flaws are discovered/abused.
Also, I'm running SA-MP on Windows 7 and I have no problems at all.
