Com esse SetPlayerTeam vocк consegue, basta oclocar o id da textdraw ali, e SetPlayerTeamEx(playerid, INVALID_TEAM_ID); no OnPlayerDisconnect. Й sу um exemplo, se o id de seus times forem diferentes vai ter que alterar na array.
