Questions are basic but the "codes" aren't.

I'll give you few hints on how to do it:

Use SetPlayerCameraPos , SetPlayerCameraLookAt & SetPlayerPos to set the camera & player in different Postions.

Then, ShowPlayerDialog to show dialogs, handle them using OnDialogResponse.

Probably, GameTextForPlayer for some fancy stuff?

And Use SetTimerEx + your own functions to create timed things.
