if you are an owner of a original GTA SA copy you may legally get something what's called a 'no-cd crack', it can improve your perforance because there is no need to read from CDs anymore, you can also empty the file that contsin all radio station souds from your GTA copy, it helped me to improve performnce a lot!

I couldn't find something like that so I did it on my own, I have attached a copy of the empty radio station files.
(Keep in mind, while you are in game you need to have selected RADIO OFF to get in the GTA menu, and if you have music in User Player Track it will now play the music on ALL radio stations from user player track)
