problem when u have 2 or more players only one player car buy a car no problem everyone else has a problem and have to disconnect then re-connect just to be able to use there cars

is there a way to fix it or maybe use some way to update the file or something to fix this problem?

EDIT: works fine with just one player but not anymore than one
