RealCop, they will know what they are paying for after they use the 5-day trial. And, if someone does join with no prior experience, it doesn't matter. I'm just saying the MAJORITY of people would probably be experienced. If the person isn't experienced we won't turn him away or anything (take his money). He would eventually learn or we will teach him (part of our quality guarantee )

And to answer another one of your scenarios, if the person doesn't use the free trial and he just automatically buys an account, then he is foolish, he doesn't know what he is paying for. So he cant be mad at us if he doesn't like the server.

And for your number 1, yes, you could be correct. But, I'm hoping that if someone pays money for something, they would follow the rules and would want to play the game correctly(it would be a waste of money). That's like buying a gaming computer and using it to play Pong. A simple three strikes and your out system would do the trick anyways for those people who don't follow the rules. The first two times would be a suspension of your account (it would suck if you payed money and you just got banned), and the third time would be a ban.
