Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft are trying to expand their market by introducing things like the Move and Kinect. They want to market to younger kids and wives with the movement controls, Netflix movies, and etc. They most likely will use a couple of years to perfect and shape the Move and Kinect and not really focus on graphics for the consoles themselves as they are still good for many years.
