I Knew I Could Connect Through LocalHost... I Guess U Cant Connect To Your Own IP, lol.
But Still You Solved It!
/REQUEST CLOSE
Solution: You CANNOT Connect To Your Own Server With Your Public IP! USE LOCALHOST (127.0.0.1:7777)
