Unfortunately i've been a bit busy recently with a few personal things (which i'd rather not get into on a public forum). Because of this, i've not been able to answer support ticket so quickly, I am still attempting to answer within 24 hours which is the standard but I know there are some tickets which have been open for longer than this and those are getting priority.
The support ticket backlog should be cleared within the next few hours though. Sorry for the delay and hopefully now that i've got things sorted response time will be back to normal.
