Actually PC's are.. Windows 8 is meant (will be..) for gaming. PC's have better graphic than console games.

PC's are much more powerful than consoles (well, if you can afford.. I have pc that's faster than xbox and ps3.. enjoying playing DiRT 3 at 1920x1080 maxed at 70fps).
