Nгo sei como define o Lider, mais defini "pLeader" se nao for troca, e dps й so vc ir acrecentando Outras Orgs, So vc seguir o exemplo La aonde ta "Policia Militar" e "FBI" , ai vc vai fazendo o resto ..
