I already answered in the LuxAdmin thread, but I dont know whether you read it there, so:

Put the LuxAdmin.amx in your filterscripts folder and add the name in your server.cfg like that:

filterscripts LuxAdmin

Also dont forget to put the LuxAdmin folder in scriptfiles
