Funtime: It sounds like one of your RAM-sticks might be broken. If you just got the computer, you should have warranty, and be able to return it and get it fixed.
If you've knowledge enough to open it up (!! If you bought the computer already built, like a Dell or something like that warranty goes away if you open the case !!)
you could try to remove one RAM-stick at a time, and try.
If you have two, take one out, if it still doesn't work, take out that one too and try the other one.
You can also try to disable antivirus while playing.
