Well, I paid the money and got an automated reply that my order hadn't gone through. So, I sent them an email, and opened up a support ticket as well, with a screenshot of the transaction from Paypal so they could look it up as well as the other information from the order form. They only other email I ever got was an automated reply that I had opened a support ticket. They have not set up my server, returned my money or let me know what was going on, and it has been almost a full week. That's unacceptable in my opinion.
