No, you do not have to. The only things you need on the server are your server binaries (samp03svr, samp-server.exe, samp-npc, samp-announce), scriptfiles (if you use any), filterscripts (if you use any), npcmodes (if you use any) and plugins (if you use any), gamemodes (with your AMX only).
