Its a Simple Vehicle License system + Job Driving school Teacher + Ranks made by BlackFoX ...
COMMANDS
/givelic [playerid] - Give a Player the Vehicle License ( Can used by Driving School Teacher)
/takelic [playerid] - Take a Player the Permission to use Vehicles ( Can used by Driving School Teacher)

/help - More Help
/setrank1 [playerid] - Give a Player the Rank 1 ( This Command can use by D. school Teacher and Admin )
/setrank2 [playerid] - Give a Player the Rank 1 ( This Command can use by D. school Teacher and Admin )
/makefl [ID] - Give a Player the Job Driving School Teacher ( Can use by admin and School Teacher Leader = Rank2 School Teacher)
