We had a problem with falling the server within a month at online of 80 players.
We have found and have corrected a bug. It is bug SA-MP. A usual code, but it causes from time to time falling a server. So instead of the help to us the moderator of forum JaTochNietDan has told: "You have received an infraction at SA-MP Forums.", and then the thread was removed, we won't speak about two bugs. Do conclusions about the administration at a forum.
