How to delete those pickups on server?

Okay so this is pretty stupid question but I cant find answer to anywhere O.o So I thinking how I can delete those regular/normal pickups what already on sa-mp example, ammunation pickup that yellow arrow O_O I hate it and will be nice if I can delete it and those others xD
