I just found a program that allows me to edit the whole SAMP structure 
Note*:Im not going to use it ,don't worry(first : i don't understand anything there,second:Why should i do that?)
Maybe he found the same way and he tries to edit samp.
Btw,don't pm/reply me to give you the program because i won't , im going to delete it
