Yah, I like street ones better too. But I've been playing track ones since Grand Turismo on PS1 xD. And then later GT3 and 4 on ps2, but I didn't want buying ps3 just for playing GT5 as ps3 just came out a year after I bought my ps2.
I basically love all the NFS Series, though SHIFT 2 is kind of weird. I enjoy it and stuff but it can be really annoying at the same time. Like for an example when you drive against cars, if you hit any or they hit you, it just spins you out or you got stick to them and you both get out of the track etc. But once I get to the 1st position they have no more chance of winning lol. I sometimes have to restart the race just because some noob touched me on a corner and made me spin out, it's like if you try to steer you just made it worse so your only option is to drive off the track with him stuck on your tail or if you got lucky and somehow manage to get him off your car. Sometimes it's like driving on ice while you try to gain 1st position xD.
