Why do you just paste a code here without any explanation and expect from other users to try to find an undescribed problem in the whole code?
Explain the problem in detail the next time or at least post the compiler errors.

However, there is a problem in the very first lines, remove the #else and #endif, as you do not have a #if before.
And you forgot to close brackets } after the main() function and after the last else in OnPlayerConnect.
