Solved.
Since some 0.3c objects' texture come from the original SA,
if someone changed the TXD files, the original one cannot be loaded.
Therefore they will see them in white.
EDIT:
Still, I have no idea about that kind of problems will occur without mod,
as reported by the players in my server.
