I found this when someone try to surf on my motor bike and when I spectate players who are driving rc vehicles.
The height of their name tag will change depending on the position of a specific position.
If they move further from that point, their name tag will raise and you can't see the name tag,
and vice versa.
I don't know if it's reported or not, so I just report it.
