My internet: 1,6 mb/s

in samp 0.3b I haven't lags... but in 0.3c I have very big lags

My comupter:

Windows XP Home Edition
SP 2
Pentium ® 4 CPU 3.00 GHz
3,00 GB RAM

GeForce 7600 GS
