It could be a time problem.. But also try to post a few videos or screenshots where we can see all these cool features that you have. 
From what I know people want's new stuff so really try to make stuff noone ever seen. Even if it is.. Lets say a taxi job.. Do something unique with it and show it to people and it should get you more players.
