I would also be glad to help you out! I only recently found this forum and agree that advertising is a HUGE STRUGGLE...
But with that aside. I also picked up on Pawn code and its resemblence to C++. Its actually really easy to understand and the resources on this site are next to unlimited for scripting. I have not made any gamemodes yet but I would be glad to help you out with your server/site because I too am interested in making a community and I also think that you need a team to start one so count me in.
