Well, yeah that too, this is a San Andreas bug, that was recognized as the following;
I think the last one could have affected you, even though you're not using multiple screens.
But you changed resolution to a greater resolution then before.
P.S If you ever get in the Advanced Settings again, use x 32, x16 bit graphics looks weird and you will most likely have colour bugs.
Suggested Solution: Try to remove Documents\GTA San Andreas User Files\gta_sa.set
