please guys help me this is an admin script i made but something is wrong with dini

i also used dini before in another Filterscript and it didnt work correctly

problems:
1-when i /register i /login it tells me that iam not registered even though i did /register again it tells me iam already registered
2- it doesnt save at all even the %s.ini its not created

please helppp check the script please its 133 line so its easy to look at it please
