if you have MTA's map editor, search for 'cop bits' for the best one in my opinion.

You can look for 'heli', 'pad' or 'heipad', too, but they are all way too big & have other objects next to them (e.g. the SF cop helipad, which has antennas and roofglasses) so i woulntd use this.
