[Whirlpool folder is in my plugins, I've checked two times that I have the good version (not the linux one), all the inc needed are installed, and the server is running the FS.

Where does it fail ?

You don't need to move the whole Whirlpool folder in your plugins, just the .dll (or .so for linux)..
