if you downloaded the script, you might have downloaded an old version..
and once again: just the error code doesn't help us. We need to see the script to fix it...
What I can tell you: You are using wrong parameters for all of those warnings..
last last warning can be fixed by putting "#pragma unused ret_memcpy" below the #includes
