I'm having this annoying lag on servers, that when a vehicle loads my screen freezes for a splitsecond. And this happens every time a vehicle loads, that is when the blip appears on the mini-map.
This is not a problem caused by my computer. It is virus-free and these are the computer specs
Nvidia GeForce 250GTS 1000mb
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.1ghz
6 MB Kingston Ram
Windows Seven AND XP
This problem started with the C client, and I have not experienced it before...
How can I solve this problem? And why is there so many bugs with 0.3c?

EDIT / ADD : Sometimes, like every seventh time my computer freezes before SA-MP Starts to load, and this is quite annoying as I have to force restart all the time..
