How to make a simple kill streak system that will display your kills in the bottom right/left corner and when you die it will reset.

Also when someone types /killstreakstats how do I make that and how do I make it so it displays the top 5 kill streaks.

e.g.

Kill Streak Stats
Johndon - 25 Kills
Johndon1 - 20 Kills
Johndon2 - 15 Kills
Johndon3 - 11 Kills
Johndon4 - 6 Kills


I would like it to be simple that /killstreakstats.

Edit: Also how can I do a command like /killstreakoff if a certain player doesn't want the kill streak showing on your screen. Also a /killstreakon to turn the kill streak system on, if you have turned it off.
