This exact same thing happens to me now too! It seems to have only started in 0.3c. The first time I got this (back in January) I had to format my computer in order to fix it. I tried :
- uninstalling / re-installing SA-MP
- uninstalling / re-installing GTA:SA
... nothing worked. According to my tests, the exception is thrown every time a "trunk" of a vehicle gets removed. I've played in a server that you can smash parts of vehicles, and as soon as I smash a trunk off the game crashes. Also, every time a vehicle blows up, the game crashes (I assume related to the trunk being blown off the car).
I have also tested Single Player ... it works fine, no error. The output from the crash seems to be SA-MP client related as the topic starter mentioned (I get a big exception error dump exactly the same as his). ANYONE have any idea why this happens and if there will be a fix at all? It's really a crappy bug because it makes the SA-MP unplayable (cars will ALWAYS be blowing up in the game). Any help is appreciated.
Thx!
